Topic: Creating safe queer spaces at work

I’ve been lucky enough to be out in the office ever since I joined the workforce, but not every workplace is. There are the simple things that corporates can do, like putting up a rainbow logo, but there’s also the harder things, like actually nurturing queer talent. Hong Kong has this unique feature where people feel safer to be out at work than to their families. So how can we make work a more welcoming space for us all? Or where do we even start?
